Questions from ceramicists and makers

Can I show objects from several angles?

Yes. Each work can have several images: the whole piece, details, glazes, and the object in use. The first image is used as the cover.

Can I add process notes?

Yes. Use each work's description for materials, techniques and dimensions, and a collection's statement for the story behind a series. The Kiln theme is designed around process notes.

Can I take commissions?

Every site has a contact form, and messages arrive in your Semirare inbox. Mention commissions on your About page so people know to ask.

Can I sell from my site?

There's no shop built in. Mark pieces as available in their description and handle sales by message, or link to the shop you already use.

Which themes suit ceramics and objects?

Kiln is soft and tactile with staggered columns, Vitrine shows one object per screen with space around it, and Static keeps things raw and minimal.
